A. Outstation Use chargeable Running Min. 250 KM per Day.

B.  Local Use chargeable Time Min 4 Hours Per Call .

C.  Local Use ,Permissible Running 10 KM per Hour.

D.  Night Halt Charges 200/- Per Night.

E.  Cancellation Charges Rs. 250/- Per Vehicle.

F.   Toll Tax, Parking & Other State Road Tax extra as applicable.

G.  Service Tax applicable as per Govt. of India.

H.  The rates are effective till the Fuel Prices remain same.

I.   Distance & Time shall be calculated from garage to garage.

J.   Hill Station Trips, Hill KM shall be charged 50% extra on basic tariff.

K.  Haryana State Road Tax Rs. 150/- & Rs. 450- per trip for Indica & Qualis.

L.  Loacl & Outstation Use shall be charged separately.

M.  Credit Perid 15 days only from the date of submission of the bill.

N.  No Payment Deducation without Satyam Tour Planners Concurrence.

O. Validity of the Contaract is for one year, thereafter can be extend on mutuall understanding.

P. Liability Clause ; Full Insured vehicle/Delays, Break Down & Lost of luggage No Liability.
